The hotel was not clean, smelled like cigarettes, but it was much better and prepared to welcome new guests. The service was not up to standard, with people standing by the elevator; however, it was fantastic in every way. The location was the only thing I liked, close to the areas I needed to be at. The dining was the worst I have ever seen, old fruit and cereal but tried to do whatever it could to help. The facilities were lacking upkeep.

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were well-equipped with essential amenities like a blow dryer, microwave, coffee maker, iron, iron board, clothes hangers, and a safe, although they required some minor repairs. On a positive note, the service was attentive and quick to address issues, making the stay enjoyable. Overall, the hotel offered convenience and good service with room for improvement in certain areas.

The location near Minneapolis was convenient, but the hotel demanded a $100 cash deposit even when I paid with a credit card. The dining experience was disappointing, with Mediterranean dishes lacking quality. The facilities were basic.
